How Our Process Works

Zero cost to you. We cover the entire expense of the machine, installation, stocking, cleaning, and maintenance.
 

  1. Initial Conversation
    We meet briefly to evaluate your needs and identify the best placement spot for the machine(s) in your facility.
     

  2. Installation
    Once approved, we deliver and professionally install the cashless smart cooler vending machine. Delivery and setup typically take approximately 2–3 weeks from the time the agreement is signed.
     

  3. Ongoing Service
    We handle everything: regular restocking, cleaning, customer support, and maintenance. You do nothing.
     

  4. Term
    The placement begins with a short initial commitment period, after which the agreement continues on a month-to-month basis. Either party may end the arrangement with 30 days written notice.

We carry $1 million in general liability insurance and will happily provide a Certificate of Insurance upon request.
